Every week, Monday through Saturday, a dozen or more members, staff, and volunteers work together to run the shop. Organizing, cleaning, sorting, pricing, assisting customers, running the register, coordinating all the different tasks, tracking the finances, and much more keeps everyone busy all day. Job training at CNTS focuses on strengths, talents and abilities of clubhouse members. The staff and members are making a concerted effort to make job training more of a focus in the future. Expanding retail and work spaces will enable the thrift shop to provide meaningful work and job training to a greater number of Club Nova members.
